Sean M. Lipsky
Sean Lipsky has 22 years of litigation experience focusing primarily on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation including bond and lien claims, business transactions, shareholder and partnership disputes, estate disputes and tax litigation.
Sean co-authored the partnership chapter in a New Jersey commercial litigation practice guide and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of New York, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. Sean previously served on the Bergen County Bar Association Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee.
Sean graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York.
Elena Portales
Elena Portales' practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation including consumer fraud and construction, as well as estate planning and estate administration. She also has a background in business and financial services litigation and has represented Fortune 500 and family business clients in complex commercial litigation matters including estate and contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, financial services matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment disputes and insurance coverage claims.
Elena was formerly with Reed Smith, LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, where she represented Fortune 500 companies in commercial litigation matters. Elena graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Rutgers University. She is fluent in Spanish. Elena has been licensed in New Jersey and New York since 2003.
Paul B. Brickfield
Paul Brickfield has been an attorney licensed in New York since 1982 and in New Jersey since 1989. Paul’s primary area of practice is criminal defense, which he engages in through his own firm. With the Law Offices of Robert S. Dowd, Jr., Paul assists in the areas of employment law and business torts.

Robert A. Fourniadis
Robert Fourniadis has been practicing law since 1983, focusing primarily on the acquisition, planning, financing and development of residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate projects as an attorney in private practice and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for two public companies, Centex Homes, one of the country's largest homebuilders, and its predecessor, Calton, Inc.
In addition, Bob has counseled clients with regard to general land use matters such as determining the suitability of land tracts for development, including conducting due diligence on title, environmental, zoning and other pertinent matters; preparing and negotiating documents pertaining to the purchase, sale, leasing, and/or financing of real property; and procuring developmental approvals, which includes assembling and overseeing teams of professionals and processing land use applications with municipal, county and state agencies for thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space. He also serves as a consultant to several financial companies as they endeavor to develop and dispose of assets acquired as a result of foreclosures or similar proceedings.
Bob graduated cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University and received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Western New England University School of Law. He also holds a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
