Bob has been practicing law for over 25 years focusing primarily on the acquisition, planning , financing and development of residential, commercial and mixed use real estate projects as an attorney in private practice and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for two public companies, Centex Homes, one of the country's largest homebuilders, and its predecessor, Calton, Inc.
In addition, Bob has counseled clients with regard to general land use matters such as determining the suitability of land tracts for development, including conducting due diligence on title, environmental, zoning and other pertinent matters, preparing and negotiating documents pertaining to the purchase, sale, leasing, and/or financing of real property, and procuring developmental approvals, which includes assembling and overseeing teams of professionals and processing land use applications with municipal, county and state agencies for thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space. He also serves as a consultant to several financial companies as they endeavor to develop and dispose of assets acquired as a result of foreclosures or similar proceedings.
Bob graduated cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University and received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Western New England University School of Law. He also holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
